CMT – Cut, Make, Trim

Under the CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) model, clients supply their own materials — such as fabric, accessories, trims, or patterns — and we handle the manufacturing process.
Our team takes care of :

Fabric cutting based on your patterns

Sewing & assembly by skilled operators

Trimming, quality control, and packaging

FOB – Free On Board

In the FOB (Free On Board) model, we handle everything — from material sourcing to final product export. You only need to provide your tech pack or product specifications, and we do the rest.
Our FOB service includes:

Full production process (cutting, sewing, washing, QC)

Packaging and shipment handling

Export document management (as needed)
